AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Cody D. Russell, 20, Auburn, unlawful possession of oxycodone, violating condition of release on Feb. 14, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

John D. Samson Jr., 26, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 16, 2011, found guilty, fined $1,000.

James Sands, 72, Lewiston, unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of hydrocodone on June 1, 2012, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 6, May 23, 2012, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $500, sentenced to two years-all suspended, probation two years each.

Sarto Sasseville, 77, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 21, 2012, dismissed.

Heather R. Saunders, 25, Milo, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Dec. 20, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to two days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Kenny Demond Scales, 29, Greene, operating after habitual offender revocation-one prior on Dec. 2, 2011, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Ian E. Schubert, 25, Boothbay, operating under the influence on Jan. 9, 2010, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 15 days, license suspended 90 days.

Steven G. Scott, 58, Lewiston, operating under the influence-one prior on May 6, 2012, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 364 days, all but 14 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Cesar R. Siana-Morales, 36, Harrison, operating after habitual offender revocation-priors, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 5, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Herbert R. Simmons, 31, Friendship, criminal mischief, burglary on Nov. 17, 2012, no probable cause found.

Jason Simmons, 38, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on May 6, 2012, found guilty, fined $500.

Kerry Sinclair, 37, Wales, operating under the influence, disorderly conduct-offensive words-gestures, assault on July 20, 2012, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500, license suspended 90 days for each; fined $100, third charge dismissed.

Hollie M. Skolfield, 26, Lisbon Falls, criminal use of disabling chemicals, assault, disorderly conduct-offensive words-gestures on Sept. 8, 2011, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, unconditional discharge.

Amiee L. Sloan, 39, Livermore, negotiating a worthless instrument on July 29, 2007, sentenced to 51 days, probation partially revoked.

James Michael Sposito, 22, Quaker Hill, Conn., unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Jan. 2, 2012, dismissed.

Melissa S. St. Jean, 33, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation-one prior on Feb. 12, 2012, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Michael Brian Stanchfield, 43, Milo, arson on July 3, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to nine years, probation revoked.

Donald G. Stanley Jr., 34, Lewiston, three counts of burglary on April 27, May 2, May 3, 2012, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 27, May 3, 2012, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to four years, all but 60 days suspended, probation three years, restitution of $1,003 for each, third through fifth charges dismissed.

Lawrence E. Stanley, 43, Oxford, rule violation-operating after disqualified on Jan. 26, 2012, found guilty, fined $250.

Kelly Stedt, 32, Naples, operating under the influence-one prior, driving to endanger on Aug. 5, 2011, fined $700, sentenced to 60 days, all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended for first charge; fined $575, suspended $575, license suspended 30 days, registration suspended for second charge.

Holly Steeves, 56, Portland, criminal trespassing on Dec. 29, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, suspended $400.

Donald Swasey, 24, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespassing, burglary on May 16, 2010, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 19 days each, third charge dismissed.

Karen Sweetser, 36, Auburn, operating under the influence on July 17, 2012, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Naomi Mae Swift, 22, Augusta, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 13, 2010, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Tiffany Swiger, 38, Topsham, failure to register vehicle on Sept. 8, 2012, found guilty, fined $75.

Dwain A. Sykes, 37, Auburn, three counts of aggravated trafficking of schedule drugs on May 5, May 14, Sept. 8, 2010, dismissed.

Phillip Tapley, 19, Lewiston, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on May 10, 2012, found guilty, fined $300, license suspended 60 days.

Thomas J. Tardif, 20, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on July 3, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, second charge dismissed.

Phillip Martin Tarmey, 30, Lisbon, operating after habitual offender revocation, violating condition of release on June 29, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 30 days, second charge dismissed.

George P. Tyler, 42, Livermore, operating under the influence-no test, driving to endanger on July 13, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 30 days.

Frederick Theroux, 49, Topsham, two counts of burglary on Jan. 31, Feb. 2, 1985 , theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 31, 2985, found guilty, sentenced to one year six months, all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $2,250 each.

Richard K. Thorpe, 31, Bremen, carrying concealed weapon, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop, eluding an officer, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 8, 2011, dismissed.
