PARIS — The Rotary Club of Oxford Hills announces the February Students of the Month at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School. They are Ty Wyman, freshman; Courtney Ladd, sophomore; Samuel O’Connor,  junior; and Avery Gates, senior.
