RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Catherine “Cappy” Litalien was celebrated Wednesday at Parish of the Holy Savior. Fr. Robert Vaillancourt was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “You Are Mine,” “Be Not Afraid,” “Ave Maria” and “Fly Like A Bird.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by granddaughter Merrie Sue Spurr. The New Testament was proclaimed by granddaughter Debra Towle. Prayer of the faithful was read by granddaughter Laurie Mohrlant. Offertory gifts were presented by great-grandchildren Brooke Dolloff and Corbin Arsenault. Personal reflections were shared by granddaughter Darcy Richard. A reception served by the Daughters of Isabella was in the parish hall. Services were under the care and guidance of SG Thibault Funeral Home.
