* Jacob Alvin Arundel, 31, of 198 Grove St., on a charge of disorderly conduct, 1:53 a.m. Friday at 8 Tanglewood Drive.

* Peter Aaron Ewing, 22, of 68 Birch Lane, Wales, on a charge of speeding more than 30 mph over the posted limit, 6:57 p.m. Thursday on Center Street.
* Bridget Renee Tillson, 23, of 82 Augusta Road, Windsor, on warrants charging failure to pay fines on charges of driving with a suspended license, 1:48 a.m. Friday at Denny’s Restaurant, 211 Court St.
