STANDISH — Auditions for the musical “25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 15 and Tuesday, April 16 at Schoolhouse Arts Center. Bring sheet music and come prepared to sing a Broadway-type song. An accompanist will be provided. Those auditioning will also be asked to do cold readings from the script. Materials will be available at the audition. The director of “25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at Schoolhouse” is Michael Hjort and music director is David Delano. Performances will be from June 21 through July 7. Schoolhouse Arts Center is at 16 Richville Road (Route 114), just north of the intersection of Routes 114 and 35.
