* Matthew W. Mowatt, 22, of Rumford, May 13, failure to pay fines, Rumford Police Department.
* Nicholas J. Scaliatine, 27, of Auburn, May 13, failure to appear, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
* Thorin L. Walton, 38, of Rumford, May 13, violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.
