FARMINGTON — A Franklin County grand jury indicted four people Tuesday on charges related to the drug death of Marilyn Rider, 52, of Farmington on Nov. 11, 2012.

Police found Rider dead in her home at 103 Silver Maple Lane the day after a birthday party there, police said. A Feb. 13 report by the state’s chief medical examiner concluded she died of a drug overdose.

On Feb. 14, police arrested five people on charges related to her death. Four of them were indicted Tuesday.

Terry Oliver, 54, of Wilton was indicted on a felony charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison.

Oliver was also indicted on one felony charge each of tampering and violation of condition of release related to a March 10 incident.

Roy Gordon, 42, of Wilton, Rider’s boyfriend, was indicted on one felony count of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug. A conviction is punishable by up to five years in prison.
