6:00 Welcome – Registration
National Anthem and Color Guard
Dedication to Linwood Hinkley
Guest Speaker – David Hall
Survivor Lap, where we honor those in our community who have fought cancer or are fighting cancer, followed by a Caregiver Lap to honor those who care for them.
Dinner & Survivor Reception – Dinner provided by Franklin Savings Bank. Survivors and caregivers line up for dinner first, then other participants may join in until the food is gone.
WKTJ broadcasts a live remote from the Relay
Disco Bull DJ begins all night tunes
7:00 Kids Lap (for age under 18 only) Tentative
About 9:30 Luminaria Ceremony, accompanied by Bob and Aidan Underwood on bagpipes
3:00 Beach Volleyball and homemade donuts and coffee, hosted by the Jarden Plastic Solutions team
5:45 Closing Ceremony
Throughout the Night:
Individual teams will host games, contests, special laps and offer food treats that have yet to be scheduled. See the posted schedule at the event for details. Among the events planned are a Poker Run, sponsored by the Positively Purple team and an hour of Line Dancing, hosted by Mad Louie.
