NORWAY – Timothy A. Churchill, president and CEO of Western Maine Health, announces that Oxford Hills Internal Medicine, Oxford Hills Family Practice, Western Maine Family Practice and Western Maine Pediatrics have received Practice of Distinction awards from the MMC Physician-Hospital Organization.
The awards are in recognition of the practices’ commitment to delivering quality, evidence-based health care to patients. Oxford Hills Internal Medicine has received the Practice of Distinction Award for cardiovascular disease and depression assessment. Oxford Hills Family Practice has received the Practice of Distinction Award for pediatric asthma, depression assessment and cardiovascular disease. Western Maine Family Practice has received the Practice of Distinction Award for cardiovascular disease and depression assessment. Western Maine Pediatrics has received the Practice of Distinction Award for pediatric preventive health measures.
