NORWAY — Kristin Benedix, executive director of The Progress Center, 35 Cottage St., announces that Sandi Wilson has joined the midmanagement team as the children’s services manager.
Wilson will report directly to Sandi Shorey, director of residential services, and will oversee seven behavior support professionals working with nine consumers.
A resident of Mechanic Falls, Wilson and her husband are the parents of two and grandparents of four. She is the published author of a children’s book titled “Roby’s Rabbit,” based on a true story about her brother. In addition, she and a friend run a small gift shop in Welchville called “Grammie’s Cottage.” She also enjoys being at the shore listening to the waves, doing crafts, scrapbooking and shopping.
