AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Jason K. Boston, 27, Poland, criminal mischief on May 19, 2012, found guilty, restitution of $75, unconditional discharge.

Brian Bouvier, 49, Sidney, driving to endanger, operating under the influence, eluding an officer, two counts of reckless conduct on March 9, 2012, found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to four years with all but nine months, one day suspended, probation two years on each charge; first and fifth charges dismissed.

Michael Brasier, 38, Lewiston, robbery, burglary on March 13 and March 16, 1996, probation violation, sentenced to three years, five months each, probation partially revoked.

Michael Anthony Brasier, 38, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, robbery, burglary on Aug. 31, 2012, dismissed.

Gerald Burnsworth, 20, Greene, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on June 12, 2012, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 18 months, restitution of $300.

Chad L. Camire, 27, Auburn, four counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six counts of burglary, aggravated criminal mischief from April 13 to May 14, 2012, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Renard Eugene Carroll, 29, Lewiston, two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Nov. 19, 2012, dismissed.

Elmer B. Carter Jr., 58, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on Aug. 30, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months.

Scott W. Childs, 41, Greene, three counts of unlawful sexual contact on Sept. 9, 2011, dismissed.

Gabriel Cloutier, 25, Turner, theft by receiving stolen property on April 12, 2011, found guilty, fined $500.

Corey Coburn, 26, Lisbon, unlawful possession of oxycodone on Aug. 10, 2012, dismissed.

John Conway, 22, Poland, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, driving to endanger on March 23, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Lance Keith Cook, 32, Norway, assault, violating condition of release, burglary on Jan. 10, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 18 days; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 18 days; third charge dismissed.

Kristy Lee Cookson, 32, Manchester, domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence criminal threatening-priors on April 28, 2012, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 364 days all suspended, probation one year; second charge dismissed.

Brian J. Coolidge, 46, Buckfield, burglary, robbery on March 27, 2012, sentenced to five years with all but 18 months suspended, probation three years each.

Joshua Cox, 26, Northfield, two counts of criminal mischief, two counts of domestic violence assault on May 20, 2012, found guilty on first charge, restitution of $900; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 270 days all suspended, probation two years, restitution of $900; other charges dismissed.

Sean T. Currie, 44, Monmouth, operating under the influence on March 25, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Ronald J. Davis II, 23, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery on Oct. 16, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to seven days each.

Steven M. Dee, 32, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on Sept. 1, 2012, found guilty, fined $750, license suspended 90 days.
