Cassius Clark of Farmington took the lead after a restart with 43 laps to go Saturday and cruised to the victory in the Pro All Stars Series Southern Maine Chrysler Dodge 150 at Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Scarborough.

Clark became the first repeat winner in four races on the PASS North Super Late Model circuit this season. He also won the season-opening event at Oxford Plains Speedway in April.

PASS North had not competed since May due to several rainouts.

Mike Rowe of Turner finished second and reigning PASS North champion Travis Benjamin was third.

Series point leader Joey Doiron and Corey Bubar rounded out the top five.

Twenty-five cars started the main event.

Rowe, Clark and Mulkern were heat winners. Rowe started the main event from the pole. Clark was relegated to 11th starting position due to his previous victory.

The 62-year-old Rowe, who competes at Beech Ridge each week, led the first 54 laps, which were completed without a caution flag.

Clark and Rowe exchanged the lead three times thereafter. A spin by Curtis Gerry brought out the fourth and final yellow on lap 107.

Green, King celebrate holiday with wins

Shane Green of South Paris, who has competed at Oxford Plains Speedway for more than 30 years, logged his first-ever Pro Late Model victory in Friday night’s 40-lap main event.

Green is a champion and a winner of more than 50 features in Oxford’s supporting classes.

Adam Polvinen placed a career-best second, followed by Shawn Martin, Don Wentworth and Vanna Brackett.

At Beech Ridge on Friday night, Livermore Falls teenager Tyler King won the Miller Lite 50 NASCAR Pro Series race as part of the track’s annual holiday celebration. It was King’s first stock car victory.
