BRUNSWICK —David E. Lamontagne, 45, a resident of Richmond, died Saturday, July 6, as a result of a motorcycle accident in Brunswick.
He was born May 22, 1968, in Lewiston, the son of Edward Lamontagne Jr. and Virginia (Tenney) Lamontagne. David was a 1986 graduate of Monmouth Academy. He worked as an industrial painter for Senior Flexonics in Lewiston.
He is survived by his companion of 25 years, Amanda Ward; his sons, David Lamontagne Jr. and his fiancee, Hannah Nilson, Maverick Lamontagne and Payton Lamontagne, all of Richmond; granddaughter, Mercy Whisenand and expecting a second granddaughter in November; parents, Edward and Virginia Lamontagne Jr. of Monmouth; brother, Daniel Lamontagne of Monmouth; his sister, Donna Lamontagne and companion, Scott McAllister, of Monmouth; nieces and nephews, Ashley, Kayla, Tyler, Josh, Dillan and Brooke; great-nephews, Zachary and Braedyn; and great-nieces, Victoria and Jade.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Delfred and Louise Tenney; and paternal grandparents, Edward and Yvonne Lamontagne.
