WESTBROOK (AP) — Police in Maine are investigating the death of a 2-year-old girl who was last seen alive when she was put to bed.
State and Westbrook police are looking into the death of Madeline Negron, who was found dead Monday morning in a playpen where she slept at the Westbrook home where she lived with her parents.
Police say there’s no indication of foul play. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
State police investigate the deaths of all children under the age of 3.
