Supper to benefit Eagle Scout project

HANOVER — A  benefit community barbecue supper will be held Sunday, Sept. 8, from 4 to 7 p.m. or until the food is gone, at the Hanover Town House, 21 Ferry Road.

The funds will be used to raise money for Keith Crockett-Harrington’s Eagle Scout Project, a 16 x 24 foot covered picnic shelter located between the town office and the Gardner Roberts Memorial Library.

Sammie Angel concert will be two hours

DIXFIELD — A Sammie Angel concert will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, at the Dixfield Village Green. Rain date is Saturday, Sept. 7, for the free event.
