LEWISTON — French-language sing-along sessions return to the University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20. Note the new start time.

The sessions, which are organized by USM’s Franco-American Collection, consist of an hour of French and French-Canadian songs, led by a group of enthusiastic local volunteers. Song sheets are provided, so those whose French is less than fluent are welcome to attend. New participants always welcome.

The session will take place in room 170 of USM LAC, 51 Westminster St. Admission is free and no reservations are required. Donations are welcomed.
