1931 – 2013

WEST PARIS — Fay Glover Milligan, 82, of Swift River Road, Mexico, died Wednesday, Oct. 16, at the Ledgeview Living Center, West Paris.

She was born in Rumford, on April 5, 1931, the daughter of Alvin and Bernice (Abbott) Glover, and had attended Rumford schools.

Fay was married in Rumford, on Oct. 30, 1949 to Earl E. Milligan who survives of Mexico. Other survivors include daughter, Janice McPherson and husband, Donald, of Mexico; sons, Maurice and wife, Terry, of Milford, N.H., Brian and wife, Lorraine, of Rumford, Neil and wife, Boni, of Alabama, and Jay Milligan and wife, Sandy, of Windham; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Sherry Milligan of Rumford.

She was predeceased by a son, Kevin.
