FARMINGTON — Karter James Harvey, 5 months, was lifted to Heaven in the arms of angels after he died unexpectedly, Thursday morning, Oct. 17, at his home in Farmington.

He was born May 13, in Augusta, the son of Jessica Harvey and Charles Damren Sr. He was his mother’s miracle baby, surviving after she broke her back during her pregnancy with him. Although his time here was brief, he touched the hearts of many and his memory will be held forever in their hearts.

He is survived by his mother, Jessica Harvey of Farmington; his father, Charles Damren Sr. of Leeds; sisters, Brianna Damren and Lyndsie Harvey; his brother, Charles Damren Jr.; half brothers, Bradley and Gregory Damren; maternal grandparents, David Harvey and his wife, Michelle, of Livermore Falls, Pammy Jo Ambrose of Lisbon, former step-father, Elvis Smith Jr. of Brunswick; paternal grandparents, Jeffrey Stoddard and his wife, Patty, of Florida, Angela Pomerleau of Leeds; maternal great-grandparents, Elroy and Rena May Harvey, of Bowdoin, Brenda Richards of Brunswick; paternal great-grandparents, Joan Bailey and companion, Bruce Kendall, of Livermore Falls; aunts, Nicole Smith of Japan and Christina Damren of Livermore Falls; and his uncle, Michael Harvey of Bath.

He was predeceased by maternal great-grandfather, Butch Ambrose; and paternal great-grandfather, Gerald Damren.
