NEWRY — The wedding of Aimee St. Hilaire and John Michael Mannix was held at 3 p.m. on Aug. 3 at Sunday River Resort in Newry.

Mrs. Mannix is the daughter of Helene Moreau St. Hilaire of Auburn and Richard M. St. Hilaire of Dekalb Junction, N.Y. Mr. Mannix is the son of John and Joyce Mannix of Chestnut Hill, Mass.

The bride wore a lace gown of embroidered silk and carried a bouquet of orange Calla lilies and roses, white hydrangea and blue cornflowers.

Danielle St. Hilaire, sister of the bride, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Megan Moreau, cousin of the bride, Kaitlin Mannix and Susan Mannix, sisters of the bridegroom, and Kaitlin Cenower and Zara Eldredge, friends of the bride. Ashley Moreau, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.

Serving as best man was Glenn Schley, friend of the bridegroom. Ushers were Patrick Bresnahan, cousin of the bridegroom, Edmond Spruhan, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, and Mike O’Donovan, Chris O’Donnell and Corey Johnson, friends of the bridegroom.

A reception followed at the North Peak Lodge at Sunday River, after which the couple traveled to France.

The bride is a graduate of Edward Little High School in Auburn and a 2005 graduate of the University of Vermont. She is employed at a financial firm in Boston, Mass.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Boston College High School and a 2000 graduate of Boston College. He is employed for a financial firm in Boston, Mass.
