1985 – 2013

LEEDS — Charles Austin Stoddard-Damren, 27, a resident of Leeds, died tragically, Sunday morning, Oct. 20, as a result of an automobile accident.

He was born Dec. 17, 1985, in Farmington, the son of Jeffrey Stoddard and Angela Damren. He attended school in Livermore Falls.

Charles worked construction. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed riding his ATV, four-wheeling, mudding, the ocean, collecting junk and driving his grandmother around sightseeing. Charles also enjoyed tinkering, and his pride and joy was his Chevy monster truck.

Above all else though, Charles enjoyed his time with his family and especially loved whatever time he was able to spend with his children.

He is survived by his mother, Angela Pomerleau of Leeds; his father, Jeffrey Stoddard and his wife, Patty, of Florida; his children, Dakota Kennedy, Brianna Damren-Hallowell, Charles Damren Jr., and Bradley and Gregory Damren; his special little niece, Lyndsie Harvey; his sister, Christina Damren of Livermore Falls; stepsister, Luci Wooley and her husband, Sam, of Dickenson, N.D.; nieces, Renee and Brooklyn Wooley; maternal grandmother, Joan Bailey and companion, Bruce Kendall, of Livermore Falls; and his faithful companion, his dog “Bear.”

He was predeceased by his son, Karter James Harvey, on Oct. 17; maternal grandfather, Gerald Damren; paternal grandparents, Charles and Dorcas Stoddard; and his stepbrother, Charles “Chucky” Raynor Jr.
