I support Dawn Hartill, a candidate for the Lewiston School Committee for Ward 6.
Hartill is a parent of children in the Lewiston school system. As the co-chair of the Martel Elementary PTO, I have had the pleasure of working directly with her. She has continuously demonstrated her dedication to the School Department.
She will bring many supportive qualities to the role of School Committee member. She understands the organizational needs of being a leader. And when there have been challenges, she invested the time to understand all aspects, making thoughtful decisions to positively move forward.
She has established herself as a leader in the education community, in multiple leadership roles, to consistently support the school.
I have no doubt that Dawn Hartill is ready for this next step and will bring a wealth of skills to the role of School Committee member.
