LIVERMORE — The town is advertising for a new animal control officer, Administrative Assistant Kurt Schaub said Tuesday.
Current ACO Wayne Atwood of Jay gave the Board of Selectpersons a letter of resignation several weeks ago, noting that his last day is Nov. 30.
Applicants will, preferably, be certified and have their own equipment, including traps as necessary for the job, he said.
One individual has expressed an interest.
