1940 – 2013

ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. — Doris L. Hertzberg, 73, of Melbourne, Fla., passed away at Zephyr Haven Nursing Home in Zephyrhills, Fla., on Thursday, Oct. 24.

Doris was born in Lewiston on Sept. 4, 1940, to Bill and Ida (Gagne) Cloutier. She was raised in Lewiston and graduated from Lewiston High School, Class of 1959. On June 6, 1984, Doris married Ron Hertzberg, who passed away in August 1998.

During her working career, Doris was the owner/president of Edu-Teck Assoc. She conducted training for individuals, as well as corporate and academic clients, as an independent contractor. Doris was also the vice president of New Product Development, a cosmetic corporation. She worked for L’Oreal as marketing development manager in New York and Paris, France. Doris was also the owner/president of Accent On Hair Salon, until her illness.

She is survived by her cousins and their children, two aunts and one uncle.

She was predeceased by her brother, Richard A. Cloutier; and her parents, Ida and William Cloutier.
