Castonguay

JAY — The wedding of Kate E. DeCoste and Brian L. Castonguay was held at 1 p.m. on Aug. 17 at St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay. The Rev. Thomas Lequin officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Castonguay is the daughter of James and Suzanne DeCoste of Hermon. Mr. Castonguay is the son of Donald and Jackie Castonguay of Livermore.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a simple lace gown and carried a bouquet of lavender roses and other assorted yellow and purple flowers.

Amanda Ellis, good friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Melissa Cliff, Batool Qweider, Shelisha Beard, Kayla Bentley, Maggie Brewer, Brittney Castonguay, sister of the bridegroom, and Jennifer Chaloult.

Serving as best man was Trevor Timberlake, cousin of the bridegroom. Ushers were Peter Cote, Bradley Miller, Derek Castonguay, Matt Robitallie, Garrett Neal, Owen Timberlake and Justin Marks.

A reception followed at the Castonguay residence in Livermore. Following a honeymoon to Costa Rica, the couple is residing in Livermore.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Hermon High School and a graduate of the University of Maine, with a degree in social work.

The bridegroom is a 2008 graduate of Livermore Fall High School and a graduate of Husson University, with a degree in psychology and criminal justice.
