LEWISTON — John Isaacson was recently elected chairperson of the Covenant Health Systems, Inc. Board of Directors. He has served on the board since 2004 and chaired the Finance Committee from 2005 to 2013.
Isaacson has also been an active board member and chair at St. Mary’s Health System, which includes St. Mary’s Hospital and d’Youville Pavilion.
St. Mary’s is a member of Covenant Health Systems.
“We are extremely fortunate to have John as our board chairperson,” said David R. Lincoln, Covenant president/CEO. “He brings a great deal of commitment to the mission of Covenant, he has an outstanding business knowledge and commitment to Covenant’ success.”
Isaacson is the CEO/partner of Lee Auto Malls. He also serves on the board of directors of the Maine Auto Dealers Health Insurance Trust as well as Greater Atlantic Insurance Company and Key Royal Reinsurance Company, both headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda.
He graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1984 and is a Rufus Choate Scholar. He lives in Cumberland with his wife Linda and has two grown children.
