The Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland Tri-Town Optimist Club announced its November RSU 16 Student of the Month recipient, Joshua Power. Joshua, a sixth-grader at Minot Consolidated School, is described by his teacher, Ms. Rosado, as a diligent, polite and courteous student who remains true to his character by helping others and leading by example.
