AUBURN — Tracy O’Clair, of TOCmedia, and the Auburn Public Library will present a series of monthly workshops for small business entrepreneurs who are looking to thrive in the digital world.
The first workshop, titled Growing Your Business with Email and Social Media, will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St.
The free workshop is designed to give small businesses and nonprofit organizations simple ideas for growing their customer, prospect, or member network by using email and social media marketing.
Participants will leave with a workbook full of ideas for timing their messages, how to write a winning subject line, what kinds of offers or content they want to try and how best to approach their next outreach project.
