RUMFORD — Two vehicles sustained extensive damage Wednesday morning in a collision at Franklin Street and Rumford Avenue, police Chief Stacy Carter said.
There were no injuries, he said.
Carter said David S. Clifford, 55, of Bethel was driving a 2002 Dodge south on Route 2 and Allen T. White, 57, of Rumford was driving a 2008 Ford north on Route 2 and turning left onto Franklin Street when their vehicles collided.
Carter estimated damage to both vehicles at $10,000. Both were towed by Adley’s Auto. No charges are pending.
