FARMINGTON — Franklin Savings Bank has promoted three lenders to assistant vice president status and promoted a fourth loan employee to officer status.

Chrissy St. Laurent at the Farmington loan center and Diane Jackson at the Jay branch have both been promoted to assistant vice president, loan officer. RaeAnn Hargreaves has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan and workout officer. Heather Erskine has been promoted to loan compliance officer. Both Hargreaves and Erskine work out of the Farmington loan center.

St. Laurent has been with Franklin Savings Bank for 24 years. Prior to joining the Farmington Loan Center, she worked as a teller, customer service supervisor and assistant branch manager at FSB’s Jay branch. She is a member of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce board of directors and an active volunteer in numerous community events, including speaking to classrooms and offering her financial expertise to students. She holds several banking-related diplomas from Northern New England Center for Financial Training.

Jackson has been with Franklin Savings Bank nearly eight years. She came to the bank with a strong banking and management background. She manages and serves as the underwriter for the bank Home Equity Loan Program, which is serviced at the Jay branch, and works closely with Jay loan staff and the main office. She is a member of the Jay, Livermore and Livermore Falls Chamber of Commerce and an active volunteer for many FSB-sponsored community events. She is a graduate of numerous professional training programs.

Hargreaves, who has been with Franklin Savings Bank for 12 years, has developed the position of workout and collections officer for the bank during the past several years. In recent years, as the challenging economy and regulatory updates created the need for this new and demanding position, Hargreaves has created procedure, policy and process for bank collections, foreclosures and dealing with bank-owned properties. She also manages the loan servicing staff in Farmington and serves as a consumer lender when needed. Since joining the bank as a loan clerk and receptionist, she has worked as a loan processor, commercial loan administrator and lender. She has participated in numerous educational sessions in her current area of expertise. She spearheaded the Franklin Savings Bank campaign for the United Way and is a frequent volunteer in community events.

Erskine joined the bank nearly 13 years ago as a teller and has held various positions in the loan center while working on her education. She is close to earning a bachelor of science degree in business administration. She is an active volunteer for various community and school events in the area.
