1938 – 2014

AUBURN — Freda M. Hladik, 75, of Wilton, died early Thursday morning, Jan. 9, at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn, with her loving children by her side.

She was born on March 2, 1938, in Brunswick, the daughter of Carroll and Grace (Ellingwood) Fuller. Freda attended Chesterville schools and worked at area shoe factories throughout her life.

She enjoyed knitting, was an avid reader and liked putting together jigsaw puzzles.

Freda is survived by seven children, Marion Cochran of Lisbon, Florence Corson of Lisbon, James Dustin of Lewiston, Beverly Dustin of Jay, Iris Dustin of Lisbon, Michael Hladik of Lisbon and John Hladik of New Hampshire; nine grandsons; two granddaughters; and several great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons, Robert Dustin and Shelton Dustin Jr.; and a grandson, Daniel Williams.
