Sermon: ‘Weddings We Have Known’

PARIS — The First Universalist Church on Pine Street will welcome Anita White as the worship service leader for the 10 a.m. Jan. 19 service.

White’s sermon title is “Weddings We Have Known.” Music is under the direction of Donna Hurd and Sunday School is under the direction of Renee Wales.

Coffee, friendship and good conversation will follow the worship service and all are welcome. Childcare is available and the church is wheelchair accessible.

Auxiliary seeks yard sale vendors

PARIS — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 72, 12 Church St., will hold yard sales from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Feb. 1 and March 1, and possibly one in late spring.

Table rentals are $15 and participants are asked to sign up immediately by calling Sylvia at 743-7231.
