LEWISTON — Sasseville Chiropractic Wellness Center, 513 Sabattus St., welcomes Dr. Grant Lemire to the office. He will be offering more treatment times and a new technique called Active Release Technique.
Lemire, a Livermore Falls native, completed his doctorate of chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2013. He is a full-body certified Active Release Technique practitioner, which is a soft tissue system/movement based technique that is used to restore smooth movement of tissues and to release trapped nerves. He uses manual adjusting, flexion-distraction and activator methods. He has a special interest in sports medicine/rehabilitation and wellness (nutrition, exercise and positive thinking) and is pursuing post graduate studies in fascial distortion models.
He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractors Association. He enjoys staying active and is an avid New England sports fan.
