A GMC pickup truck driven by Jerry Jennings, 31, of Wilton, was heavily damaged after sliding off Routes 2 and 4 in Farmington and hitting a utility pole Monday, Farmington police officer Michael Raymond said. Jennings was not hurt. His passenger, Stacy White, 29, of Wilton, was checked by a NorthStar ambulance crew but not taken to a hospital, police said. Central Maine Power braced the pole and Farmington firefighters directed traffic near the Touch of Class store.
