PARIS — Anna Winslow had seven buckets and one free throw for 15 points to lead Oxford Hills to the 41-33 victory over the Mt. Blue Cougars in girls’ basketball Wednesday

Teammate had Mikayla Morin had10 points in the victory.

For Mt. Blue, Miranda Nicely had 13 points to lead the Cougars.

Oxford Hills improves to 11-4 while Mt. Blue drops to 7-8 on the season.

Oak Hill 54, Lisbon 21

WALES — Sadie Goulet dropped in the game-high 13 points as Oak Hill thumped Lisbon 54-21 in a girls’ basketball game Wednesday.

The Raiders (12-4) easily constructed a 34-14 lead by halftime and held the Greyhounds (5-10) to just two points in the third quarter.

Lewiston 7, Brunswick 1

LEWISTON — It was Senior night at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee for the Lewiston Blue Devils and the seniors had a huge part in the 7-1 victory against Brunswick.

Emily Turner had two goals while Mikaela St. Laurent and Sam Cote had a goal and assist. Faith Ide also scored and Megan Pare had three assists.

Freshman Allison Frechette had two goals.

The lone goal for Brunswick was from Grace Baibienowitz.

Lewiston improves to 12-4-1 and Brunswick falls to 2-15-1.

Women’s basketball

CMCC 106, EMCC 48

AUBURN — Gabby Foy and Jaime Swart each connected on five first-half 3-pointers to propel the Central Maine Community College to a 106-48 blowout win over Eastern Maine Community College in a women’s baketball gagame on Wednesday.

CM got off to a hot start, scoring the game’s first 17 points by using its full-court pressure defense.

The Golden Eagles struggled against CM’s defense in the first half, while the Mustangs scored in transition early and often.

CM went into halftime with a 63-18 lead.

Susie French and Jasmine Ramos hot one 3 a piece, while Samantha Bruce hit three from deep, bringing the team total to 17 3’s – tying a season high. Overall CM connected on 17 of 37 3’s (46 percent).

Gabby Foy (seven 3’s) and Susie French led the way with 23 points apiece, followed by Jaime Swart with 21.

Bruce was the fourth Mustang in double-figures, finishing with 15 points. Maggie McConkey dished out seven assists, while Lexi Larson and Hannah Champagne handed out six dimes each.

Kara Hebert tallied a team-high, 15 points, and was the lone Golden Eagle in double-figures.

With the win, the Lady Mustangs improve their record to 17-1 and 10-0 in the YSCC. CM will be back in action this weekend as they host two home games. On Saturday Vermont Tech comes to town for a 5:00pm contest, while UMaine-Machias visits Kirk Hall on Sunday for a noon tip-off.
