LEWSITON — The Room at Trinity will continue its concert season at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, with

and John Clark. Maine-based flutist, guitarist, and composer Dimow is an eclectic and creative musician. His performances range from classical music to jazz, from klezmer to blues, and from original music for theater and film to traditional folk music. He is noted for the high level of commitment, artistry and skill which he brings to every project in which he is involved.

Dimow has appeared in concerts, festivals and school residencies in the U.S., Europe and Central America. He performs with the Casco Bay Tummlers, a klezmer band which has toured throughout Europe and released three CDs. Dimow has also released two recordings with the Kolosko Dimow Duo. Other current projects include Bill Soliloquy and the Night Machine, dedicated to Dimow’s original jazz compositions, and a variety of other groups exploring jazz, Brazilian music, Middle Eastern music and free improvisation. In addition to concert flute and guitar, Dimow also performs on bass flute, ukulele, shakuhachi and an extensive collection of other ethnic flutes.

The show will be held at Trinity Church, 247 Bates Street. School-age children will be admitted for free, and a suggested $10 donation toward the artists and the many neighborhood ministries of Trinity Church may be made at the door. For more information, call 207-344-3106.
