LEWISTON — Ron and Kathy Jacques of Lewiston are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Jacques, to Dr. Timmy Ho, son of Sing and Wa Ho of Weston, Mass.
Miss Jacques is a 2003 graduate of Lewiston High School and a 2007 graduate of Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She received her master’s degree in nursing in 2013 from Boston College’s Connell Graduate School of Nursing and is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She is currently employed as a registered nurse at Boston Children’s Hospital and as a clinical instructor for Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Dr. Ho is a 2001 graduate of Newton South High School in Newton, Mass., and a 2005 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He obtained his medical degree in 2009 from Harvard Medical School. He completed the Boston Combined Residency Program in pediatrics in 2012 and is employed as a second-year Neonatology fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is also currently pursuing a master’s degree in public health at the Harvard School of Public Health.
The couple resides in Wellesley, Mass., and they are planning a September wedding on the Maine coast.
