POLAND SPRING — The wedding of Sarah Gardner and Daniel Dick took place on Sept. 21 at All Soul’s Chapel in Poland Spring. Nancy Curtis-Strange, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Dr. Sarah Gardner is the daughter of Elizabeth and David Gondek of Auburn and Carlton and Kim Gardner of Greene. Mr. Dick is the son of Helen and Stephen Dick of Clinton, N.Y.

The bride was escorted to the altar by her father and attendants included Laura Gardner, sister of the bride and David Dick, brother of the bridegroom. Friends of the couple from Clarkson University rounded out the wedding party. Photography was provided by the bride’s family, Dave, Jenn and Steph, of Gondek Photography. The bride’s cousin, Daniel Morgan offered a reading and Ben Reynolds, a friend of the couple, provided the music.

A reception followed at Lost Valley, a special venue for the bride, as it was co-founded by her grandfather, Dr. Camille Gardner of Lewiston.

The bride graduated from Clarkson University with a doctorate in physical therapy and is employed by St. Peter’s Health Partners in Albany, N.Y.

The bridegroom graduated from Clarkson University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and is currently pursuing a master’s degree while working at General Electric in Schenectady, N.Y.

The couple enjoyed a brief honeymoon in Ogunquit.
