Band to play for Saturday dances

JAY — A dance with music by the Campground Band will take place from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturdays, Feb. 21 and 28, at the VFW Hall, 64 Jewel St.

Cabin Fever Dance in Jay

JAY — A Cabin Fever Dance will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, with Steve & the Good Ole Boys. It will take place at the Amvets Hall.  Tickets are $7 a person, and are available at the door. For more information, call 897-8113.

FAYETTE —  The Underwood Memorial Library now has access to the Maine Infonet Download Library.

Residents will need to be a patron of the library with a current bar code number. Once they have their patron bar code number, they may access the system from home or where ever they have an Internet connection.
