MEXICO — Selectmen from Rumford and Mexico will meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, to continue discussion on ways the towns can share certain municipal services.

The boards have been meeting since June on to talk about sharing services.

In September, Municipal Resources, a New Hampshire company, provided both towns with a proposal for a comprehensive study on the subject. The boards approved the proposal.

Municipal Resources visited Mexico and Rumford on Jan. 28 to meet with employees of each town. After that, they met with selectmen to discuss their findings and the next steps that they would take in the process.

Mexico selectmen will meet 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
