LEWISTON — The Maine Conservation Corps (MCC) recently welcomed Amie Daniels of Lewiston to serve as a trail training member and AmeriCorps volunteer for a six-month, 900-hour term of national service.
Daniels is the daughter of Scott Daniels and Donna Dube of Lewiston.
Daniels is a 2008 graduate of Lewiston High School and is a 2012 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with an environmental science/art and religion degree. Daniels previously served as a field team member with MCC in 2012.
The MCC conducts conservation projects throughout Maine, including extensive recreational trail construction and rehabilitation.
