AUBURN — Skelton, Taintor and Abbott attorney Darcie P.L. Beaudin has been invited to serve as a member of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Maine, local rules committee. Her term will run until Dec. 31, 2016.
Beaudin’s practice includes bankruptcy and business reorganization; general business law; entity formation (including nonprofit entities); mergers and acquisitions; contract negotiations and drafting; wills, trusts and estate planning; and probate, estate and trust administration.
Beaudin is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Maine and Massachusetts. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Androscoggin County Bar Association. As the current president and board member of the Auburn Business Development Corporation, Beaudin is actively engaged in the legal, business and local communities.
