1931 – 2014

NORWAY — Patricia Guilford Krapovicky died Saturday, March 15, at the Norway Center for Health and Rehabilitation.

She was born on July 22, 1931, to Adelbert and Ruth (Smith) Guilford. She was married to her wonderful husband, Alec Krapovicky, for 33 years; he died in 2008.

She is survived by her three beloved sons, Howie Ryerson and his wife, Cathy, of Castroville, Calif., Doug Dodge and his wife, Nancy, of Shapleigh and stepson, Lee Krapovicky and his wife, Charlotte, of Biddeford; five grandchildren, Shannon Ryerson, Angela (Krapovicky) Chartier and her wife, Lisa Chartier, of Wilder, Vt., Derek Krapovicky and his wife, Shana, of Madison, Miss., and Emily Dodge and Ryan Dodge of Shapleigh; two precious great-grandchildren, Grayson Krapovicky and Quinn Chartier; two brothers, Gene Guilford Sr., of Sarasota, Fla., and Richard Guilford of South Paris; one sister, Judy (Guilford) Arsenault, of Norway; a special friend, Veda Taker, of South Paris; and two very special caregivers and friends: her aunt, Betty Davis, and cousin, Iris Parlin, of Norway.

Pat was predeceased by her parents; husband, Alec; four brothers, Adelbert Jr., Donald Sr., Cecil “Chuck” and Howarth; one sister, Dorothy (Guilford) Austin; grandson, Kyle Ryerson; stepson, Danny Krapovicky; and stepdaughter, Diane (Krapovicky) Bergstrom.

The family wishes to thank the caring and compassionate staff at the Norway Center for Health and Rehabilitation for taking such good care of Pat.
