Mechanics Savings Bank recently donated $1,000 to support Tree Street Youth’s second annual Funds for the Future event. The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. April 3, at Museum L/A and will include admission to the museum exhibits, a silent auction, multi-cultural foods, displayed artwork from Tree Street Youth’s art programs and the opportunity to meet some of the program’s alumni and hear their stories. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at www.treestreetyouth.org. Tree Street Youth’s mission is to support the youth of Lewiston-Auburn through academics, the arts and athletics.
