Weston A. Price Chapter to meet

LEWISTON — A Weston A. Price Chapter meeting will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 7, at the Auburn Library in the Androscoggin Room on bottom floor.

Extension to elect new officers

LISBON FALLS — The Androscoggin-Sagadahoc Counties Extension Association will hold its annual meeting and elect new officers at 6 p.m. Monday, April 7, at the University of Maine Cooperative Extension office, 24 Main St.

The meeting is open to the public and will include presentations by Extension Educators Tori Jackson and Kristy Ouellette. A catered dinner will follow the meeting, and everyone who attends is asked to bring a nonperishable food item to donate to the Good Shepherd Food Bank.

The group is actively recruiting new members. In partnership with UMaine Extension staff, the members of each county Extension assist with providing input on local educational programming needs and oversee the county budget appropriations that support UMaine Extension educational programs for county residents.
