COMMUNITY VISIONING
6:30pm-8:30pm
@ The Rangeley School Gym
(Wednesday, April 9th)
Rangeley Health and Wellness celebrates 20 years!!!
We have seen so many changes in the community as a whole and believe that this is due to the caring, engaged community members we call our friends.
Back in the mid 90’s, right after we became an entity, we sponsored a community visioning. This event was one that brought a lot of parties to the table and we brainstormed about ALL the needs that our community had. From that meeting we provided the feedback to many non-profit organizations and each of them took on a little piece of the project, which we believe has led to all the positive changes we have seen in our area. Expanded medical services, expanded library services, additional day care providers, a nurse at the school, increased businesses in our community, expanded land for recreational use, just to name a few.
We have decided that it is time to revisit that visioning process and see where the community feels it needs to go over the
next 20 years and here is where we need your help.
