1938 – 2014

AUBURN — Florence M. Bourget, 76, of Monmouth, passed away Sunday morning, May  4, at Clover Health Care following a long illness.

She was born in Bangor on April 15, 1938, a daughter of the late Edward and Edna (Wilds) Crowell. She grew up in the Lewiston area and attended local schools. On Nov. 19, 1960, she married Arthur Bourget and they started a family together. For many years, Florence worked at Stride Rite as a stitcher.

Florence enjoyed going camping at Popham Beach as well as The Birches. She also loved spending quality time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Arthur Bourget, of Monmouth; and her children, Donna Dickison and her husband, Donald, of New Brunswick, Canada, Roger Bourget and his wife, Wanda, of Litchfield and Richard Bourget of Falmouth. She also leaves behind four sisters and eight brothers, as well as her four grandchildren, Darci and Daniel Dickison and Lindsey and Anna Bourget.

Florence was predeceased by a daughter, Pauline Jean Bourget; and three brothers.
