1940 – 2014
WINTHROP — Linda L. Michaud, 73, of Winthrop died peacefully Friday, May 16, at her home with her family by her side.
She was born in Rockland on Nov. 23, 1940, the daughter of the late Frederick and Maude Johnson Rogalski. She graduated from Biddeford High School in 1958 and from Central Maine Medical Center School of Nursing in 1961. Prior to her retirement, she was employed at CMMC, St. Mary’s and the V.A. Hospital in Togus. Linda liked reading books, knitting, camping and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her special friend and companion, Robert L. Pelletier of Winthrop; a son, Raymond Richard “Rick” Michaud and wife, Celeste, of Gravette, Ark.; a daughter, Debby Cornish and companion, Roger Girardin Jr., of Auburn; three step-children, Lou-Anne Parker and husband, Rick, of Fairfield, Paul Pelletier of Auburn and Dottie Patria and husband, John, of Turner; eight grandchildren, Joel Parker, Sarah Brooks, Shawn Pelletier, Danielle Pelletier, Cassy Michaud, Michael Cornish, Zane Michaud and Faith Griffin; and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Frederick Rogalski, Jr.
