1945 – 2014
TOGUS — Roger D. LeClair, 68, of Waterville, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, after a brief stay at the Togus VA Medical Center.
He was born in Lewiston on Oct. 17, 1945, a son of the late Donald and Jeanne (Baril) LeClair. Roger served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Vietnam. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing hockey and watching NASCAR. He also enjoyed going on short trips and spending time in his garden. Roger was the best person in the world and was great at everything.
Roger is survived by his wife, Doris “Dianne”; stepchildren, stepgrandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as a brother, Leo LeClair, of Sabattus; and a sister, Florence LeClair, of Lewiston. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Dr. Douglas’ office and the staff at the Togus Hospice Unit for the special care they provided to Roger.
