From a song by the Rollings Stones, “you can’t always get what you want, but if you try, sometime you find you get what you need.”
Kevin Raye is a Republican. I am a Democrat, so I won’t be voting for him in the upcoming primary. If, in the general election, my candidate does not come out on top, my hope is that Raye will be the celebrant.
Raye understands the art of compromise and logical reasoning — skills that seem to be scarce or non-existent in Washington, D.C.
