GATEway to Employment, 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 26.

Job Search Skills, 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 10.

Resumes and Interview Skills, Part I, 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, June 12; and 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 25. The June 12 class will be held at the Lewiston CareerCenter. The June 25 class will be held at the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St. Call 753-9066 to register.

Professionals Moving Ahead! Employer Panel, 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, June 19. Registration not required.

Competitive Skills Scholarship Program is open to all qualified Maine residents and pays for education and training for high-wage jobs in demand in Maine. Applications are screened and determined initially eligible, then are entered into a random selection process. Applications will be accepted between June 23 and July 3. Applications will be available on June 19 at: www.mainecareercenter.com and at local CareerCenters. Several orientations to learn more about the CSSP program will be held the weeks of June 23 and June 30. Call to register for an orientation.

Essentials of College Planning for Adults, register by calling 1-800-281-3703. Please bring last year’s income tax forms to the appointment.

Workshops and events are held at the Lewiston CareerCenter, 5 Mollison Way, unless otherwise noted. The center is open 8 a.m.to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To register for sessions held at the CareerCenter, call 753-9005.
